The apartment is self-catering and contains a double bed, two single beds and a sleeper couch, a shower room with large shower, toilet and wash basin, kitchen with microwave, sink and fridge/freezer and 21" TV. Off-street parking leads to a private entrance and the kitchen door leads around to an exclusive under roof barbecue area.

Main Room

The main room has a sleeping and a sitting area. The sleeping area has a double bed and dressing table with large mirror and wardrobes. The sitting area contains a sleeper couch which also seats 3.Patio doors also lead out to the parking area and external stairs to private raised deck.

Second Room

The second room contains the kitchen / diner as well as a second sleeping area with twin beds. Access is via an external kitchen door. The room also has an internal sliding door with access to the main room. The dining area has a table that sits four and the kitchen has built-in cupboards, a sink, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer and a loose standing two-plate hob. There is no oven.

Outdoor Space

Two outdoor spaces are included for private use of occupants. The first is a raised deck with chairs at the front of the property accessed via external stairs from the parking area. The second is a barbecue area accessed via the kitchen door.

Parking

Parking is at the front of the property and exclusive to occupants of the apartment. It is off street and under roof. The apartment has two external doors. The patio door provides level access from the parking area to the main room and the kitchen door provides access via the kitchen / dining area to the barbeque area. The apartment is self-contained with private access and exclusive use throughout.

Disabled Access

The private parking area is spacious enough to allow for easy exist with wheelchair, crutches or any other walking aid. The apartment has level access and is wheelchair accessible via the patio doors. The bathroom is raised and access is via two steps. Internal spaces may not be negotiable in a wheelchair, but level access throughout, except for raised bathroom, facilitates easy use of crutches, walking frame or walking stick indoors. Level access to barbecue area. One flight of stairs lead up to raised deck area with chairs in front of the apartment.
